Bring the working thread out two fabric threads down from the drawn threads at the right-hand side. Pass the needle behind four loose threads, then insert the needle behind the same four threads, bringing the needle out two threads down in readiness for the next stitch. The number of threads may be varied to suit the fabric or design.
